The Food Standards Agency is consulting on its proposed recommendations to the food industry to reduce saturated fat and to increase the availability of healthier options and smaller portion sizes in savoury snacks. Consultation to 9 March 2010.

a national approach to anti-bullying for Scotland's children and young people, 17/11/09 - 26/02/10 [S]
This consultation paper sets out a draft national approach to anti-bullying in Scotland. The purpose of this is to propose an approach to anti-bullying in Scotland for children and young people; outline broadly contributions to this approach by sectors and stakeholders nationally and highlight the role of the Scottish Anti-Bullying Steering Group. Consultation to 26 February 2010.

Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 - Draft Guidance, 10/11/09 - 02/02/10 [S]
The Scottish Government are consulting on draft guidance designed to help individuals and organisations comply with the terms of the PVG Act and make most effective use of the PVG Scheme. Consultation to 2 February 2010.

PVG Partial Regulatory Impact Assessment Consultation, 10/11/09 - 02/02/10 [S]
The Scottish Government is consulting on the assessment of the impact of the PVG Scheme on public bodies, businesses and voluntary organisations. This partial Regulatory Impact Assessment focuses on the impact of the PVG Act and seven significant draft SSIs also to be published for consultation. Consultation to 2 February 2010.

Protection of Vulnerable Groups Implementation: Regulated Work with Adults Order Consultation, 10/11/09 - 02/02/10 [S]
The Scottish Government is consulting on provision making changes to the scope of regulated work with adults (set out in schedule 3 to the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act) which affects who should be a PVG Scheme member. Consultation to 2 February 2010.
