Justice 1 Committee takes evidence from Family Law Bill team, 08/06/05 [S]

The Committee took oral evidence from the Deputy Minister for Justice, Hugh Henry and the Family Law (Scotland) Bill team on 8 June 2005. The Committee questioned the lack of statistics and information available on court figures relating to contact cases in Scottish courts.
