Justice 1 Committee takes evidence at Stage 1 on Family Law (Scotland) Bill, 16/03/05 [S]
At their meeting on 16 March 2005 Justice 1 Committee took evidence from the Scottish Executive Justice Department and Senior Principle Legal Officer on Stage 1 of the Family Law (Scotland) Bill.
The Committee considered and agreed its approach to Stage 1 of the Bill in the context of its overall work programme.
