The Scottish Executive has released responses from the consultation relating to the Scottish Schools (Parental Involvement) Bill. Responses from all of those who gave permission for their response to be published are provided in the document.
The consultation asked for comments on proposals outlined in the Bill including the proposal to replace School Boards with a 'parent forums' and to that education authorities draw up strategies for parental involvement in education and schools.
