Additional Support for Learning Act: Code of Practice, 24/08/05 [S]
The Scottish Executive has released the Additional Support for Learning Act: Code of Practice. The Code is statutory guidance relating to the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 which aims to ensure that all children and young people receive the help they need with their learning. The document includes guidance on the co-ordinated support plan, transitional arrangements and resolving disputes.
